Return is a method where respective sellers offer a replacement, an option of an exchange, and/or refund on the product or service provided by that seller. There might be some exceptions in products complying with the general return policy.
For your items to be eligible for a return, please record a video while unpacking/unboxing the product to establish the proof of damage. At the time of return, the items must be in their original packaging. The item must be unused and in a similar condition as received.
Kindly keep your proof of purchase or receipt safe as we require it to complete the return process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is received, you will get a notification mail. After inspecting the product, we will also notify you about the status of your return request, whether your return request is approved or denied.
If your return request is approved, then the credit will be processed and credited automatically to your original mode of payment. It may take 10-12 working days for the amount to be reflected in the account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund even after 10-12 working days, please check with your credit card company or bank for the updated status. This will be helpful in the processing in case of any delay.
